A Fort Collins Home Staging Studio, Since 2021

Narrative Interiors is a Fort Collins home staging studio, open since 2021, at 3501 S Mason St. In Old Town we work with Victorian and craftsman homes that have original woodwork and porches. Along Sheely Drive, mid-century Modern homes call for clean, low furniture. Rigden Farm townhomes and patio homes suit furniture scaled to the plan, while open plan homes in Fossil Lake need furniture that gives each space a clear job. Vacant homes are staged with our own inventory, and occupied homes get a Listing Restyle.

Fort Collins Home Staging: The Evergreen Listing

The Evergreen flip is a Fort Collins listing, staged by a studio in the same city.

The Brief

"This was a flip that a realtor did and we staged." The home was a realtor's flip in Fort Collins, staged to sell.

The Staging

The living and dining area has a tan leather sofa, a wood coffee table, a gray armchair with a cream throw and a round wood dining table with gray upholstered chairs, with an olive tree and a black and brass chandelier. The bedroom has a gray velvet headboard, striped bedding, a rust knit throw and navy lamps. The bathroom has a light wood vanity with a white counter and black fixtures.

The Result

The home sold.

The Home Staging Process, Step by Step

01

Reach Out

Call or send the form. One week of notice is preferred for a Fort Collins install, and a rush install is possible for a fee. Tell us the address and your listing date.

02

On-Site Staging Consultation

We visit the home to look at the rooms and light. Vacant homes use our own inventory. Occupied homes get a 2 hour Listing Restyle.

03

Proposal and Install Date

You receive a proposal with an install date. Sellers or realtors clear the home, and cleaners come before the install, so we begin in a clean space ahead of photos and showings.

04

Install, Listing Period and Removal

We install and style the home. Thirty days of rental are included, then it continues month to month. Removal needs 1 week notice, so tell us when the staging should come out.

1

Market-Ready Staging

Staging for vacant Fort Collins homes, using our own inventory chosen for that house rather than a fixed package. In an Old Town bungalow that means furniture that respects the woodwork and porch, and in a newer open plan home it means defined rooms that read well in photographs.

2

Listing Restyle

A flat fee restyle of up to 2 hours for occupied Fort Collins homes. We work with the owner's furniture, bring art if needed, and edit and arrange each room so it is ready for photographs and showings. Occupied homes still need to be cleared and cleaned beforehand.

3

Designed to Sell

For Fort Collins homes that need work before listing. Many are decades old, and an update to kitchens or baths can be worth considering. We design and manage the renovation for resale, with no guarantees on sale price or days on market.

Vision is the art of seeing the invisible.

Home Staging Questions, Answered

Who clears and cleans the home before staging?

The seller or the realtor does. Clear the home and have cleaners come before the install, so we stage a clean space. Vacant homes use our own inventory, and occupied homes get a 2 hour Listing Restyle after that prep. Call (970) 286-9918 if you are unsure what needs to go.

How much notice do you need for a Fort Collins install?

One week of notice is preferred for a Fort Collins install, and a rush install is possible for a fee. Call (970) 286-9918 with the address and listing date, and we will confirm an install date.

Can you stage an occupied Fort Collins home?

Yes. An occupied Fort Collins home gets a Listing Restyle, a flat fee service of up to 2 hours that uses the owner's furniture, with art provided if needed. The home should still be cleared and cleaned first. Vacant homes are staged with our own inventory instead. Call (970) 286-9918 to talk it through.

Do you stage flips and investor listings in Fort Collins?

Yes. Our Fort Collins work includes the Evergreen flip, a realtor's flip that we staged to sell, and most of our staging clients are real estate professionals. Vacant flips use our own inventory chosen for that home. We make no promises on sale price or days on market. Call (970) 286-9918.

Can you renovate a Fort Collins home before it lists?

Yes, through Designed to Sell, where we design and manage the renovation of a home before it lists. We make no guarantees on sale price or days on market. The City of Fort Collins lists kitchen and bathroom layout changes under its remodel permit, so scope matters early. Call (970) 286-9918 to discuss the home.
