A Fort Collins Home Staging Studio, Since 2021

Narrative Interiors stages Greeley listings from its Fort Collins studio. The studio has staged homes in Greeley, and the furniture is chosen for each house. Glenmere and Cranford are known for Craftsman bungalows, where buyers respond to period character. Kelly Farm dates from around 2000 and suits larger scale pieces. Bittersweet's late 1970s and early 1980s tri-levels need each level to have a clear purpose. East Greeley's early 2000s ranches look best when rooms feel open. Vacant homes use our own inventory.

The Home Staging Process, Step by Step

01

Reach Out

Call or send the form with the Greeley address and your listing date. One week of notice is preferred, and a rush install is possible for a fee.

02

On-Site Staging Consultation

We walk the Greeley home. Vacant homes are staged with our own inventory, and occupied homes get a 2 hour Listing Restyle.

03

Proposal and Install Date

You receive a proposal and an install date. Sellers or realtors clear the home, and cleaners come before the install, whether it is a bungalow near Cranford or an east side ranch.

04

Install, Listing Period and Removal

We install and style the home. Thirty days of rental are included, then it continues month to month. Removal needs 1 week notice, so tell us when the staging can come out.

1

Market-Ready Staging

Staging for vacant Greeley homes, using our own inventory chosen for that house, never a fixed package. In a Craftsman bungalow near Cranford that can mean warm wood and period scale. In a newer east side ranch, simple open groupings help rooms read larger in photos.

2

Listing Restyle

For occupied Greeley homes, a flat fee restyle of up to 2 hours using the owner's furniture, with art provided if needed. It suits a lived-in Bittersweet tri-level or ranch where the pieces are good and need editing, rearranging and a fresh eye before photos.

3

Designed to Sell

For Greeley sellers whose home needs work before it lists, we design and manage the renovation, then stage it. Houses built decades ago, such as those near downtown, can benefit from updates first. We make no guarantees on sale price or days on market.

Vision is the art of seeing the invisible.

Home Staging Questions, Answered

How long does the staging stay in the home?

Thirty days of rental are included, then staging continues month to month. Removal needs 1 week notice. Greeley sellers and realtors can keep the staging in place through a longer listing, and simply tell us when the home is ready to come out.

Do you stage homes in Greeley?

Yes. We have staged homes in Greeley from our Fort Collins studio, and most of our clients are realtors. In May 2026 the Greeley metro median was about 50 days on market, per a Stacker market report, so a ready home matters.

Can you stage a Greeley home from photos if the listing is rushed?

Sometimes. Rush stagings can be planned from photos when there is no time for a visit, though an on-site consultation is our usual first step. Call (970) 286-9918 with the address and your listing date, and we will tell you what is possible.

What happens on removal day in Greeley?

Removal needs 1 week notice. We then come to the Greeley home, take out the furniture and art and leave the house clear. Rental is month to month after the first 30 days, so the sooner you tell us the staging can end, the sooner it does.

What does home staging in Greeley cost?

It depends on whether the home is vacant or occupied, its size, how long the staging stays and whether you need a rush install. A proposal follows the on-site consultation in Greeley. Call (970) 286-9918 and we will walk you through it.
