Most Longmont homes were built between 1960 and 1999, and Old Town adds a core of historic houses on tree-lined streets. Staging gives each room a clear purpose and scale, so buyers can see how the home lives. Vacant homes use our own inventory, and occupied homes can get a Listing Restyle.

A Fort Collins Home Staging Studio, Since 2021

Narrative Interiors is a Fort Collins home staging studio, open since 2021, and we have staged homes in Longmont. Old Town has historic houses on tree-lined streets, so we style to respect their character. Prospect New Town has colorful architecture, small yards and rear lanes, so furniture is scaled to compact rooms. Quail Ridge has newer family homes near parks, where buyers look for easy, open living. Most of our staging clients are realtors.

01

Reach Out

Call or send the form with the Longmont address and your target listing date. One week of notice is preferred, and a rush install is possible for a fee.

On-Site Staging Consultation

We walk the home. Rush jobs are sometimes handled from photos. Vacant homes use our own inventory, and occupied homes get a Listing Restyle.

03

Proposal and Install Date

You receive a proposal with an install date. Sellers or realtors clear the home, and cleaners come before the install, so we begin in a clean Longmont space.

1

Market-Ready Staging

For vacant Longmont homes, we choose furniture and styling for that specific house, never a fixed package. Many Longmont homes date from the 1960s through the 1990s, and we set furniture to show room size and flow. In July 2026, 164 Longmont homes sold against 203 active listings, per IRES data reported by BizWest.

2

Listing Restyle

For occupied Longmont homes, a Listing Restyle is a flat fee for up to 2 hours of work using the furniture you already own. Art is provided if needed. It suits a lived-in home in Prospect New Town or Quail Ridge that needs editing, not a full furnishing.

3

Designed to Sell

For Longmont houses that need updating before they list, we design and manage the renovation, from selections to the build. This suits older homes in and around Old Town. We make no guarantee on sale price or days on market.

Vision is the art of seeing the invisible.

Home Staging Questions, Answered

How long does the staging stay in the home?

Thirty days of rental are included, then staging continues month to month. For a Longmont listing, it stays for as long as you need it. Removal needs 1 week notice, so tell us when the sale is close and we schedule the pickup.

Do you stage homes in Longmont?

Yes. We have staged homes in Longmont, and our service area is Northern Colorado. The studio is in Fort Collins. Vacant homes use our own inventory, and occupied homes can get a Listing Restyle instead.

Can you restyle an occupied Longmont home instead of full staging?

Yes. A Listing Restyle is made for occupied homes. It is a flat fee for up to 2 hours, using the owner's furniture, with art provided if needed. Cleaners should come before we arrive so we work in a clean space.

How does a realtor book a Longmont staging?

Call (970) 286-9918 or send the form. We set an on-site consultation, then send a proposal with an install date. One week of notice is preferred, and rush stagings are sometimes planned from photos. Most of our staging clients are realtors.

What does home staging in Longmont cost?

It depends on whether the home is vacant or occupied, its size, how long the staging stays and whether you need a rush install. A proposal follows the on-site consultation. Call (970) 286-9918 and we can walk you through it.
